  • College Park Aviation Museum

    Opportunities to learn FAA knowledge and engage with a flight simulator are part of the experience gained at the College Park Aviation Museum. Lectures and tours will expose campers to aviation basics, which will demystify the science of flight and ignite their imagines to envision themselves in the pilots seat.

  • Meadowrock Farm Day

    Primarily a boutique horse boarding facility located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, students will learn about the many facets of an agri-business. Safety and entrepreneurship are priorities. Campers will learn the basics of tool safety, equipment maintenance, solar energy basics, land management, and horse care. In addition, they will learn building site planning by reviewing the history of the farm. Basic horsemanship is a bonus as part of the farm visit.

  • River Ecology Tour

    Tour one of the local waterways to learn first hand about the delicate ecology. See birds of of prey like Bald Eagles and Ospreys. Turtles bask in the sun while beaver fish nearby. Basic water safety is covered so campers can learn to be safein the outdoors and around water.
