Career Excursion Framework
Overview
The Career Excursion Framework is carefully designed to balance immersive field experiences with focused classroom engagement. The framework consists of ten contact days, Monday through Friday, mirroring a typical school schedule. Each session is a blend of career excursions and classroom-based activities.
Session Breakdown
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Classroom Engagement Days
Participants engage in activities related to foundational studies, preparing for upcoming excursions, and debriefing from previous experiences.
Tuesday and Thursday: Career Excursion Days

Small Group Dynamics
To maximize the impact of career excursions, we maintain small group sizes.
